The India Power Atlas
Part IX

External Actors

This part turns outward. It assesses seven external actors and the Indian diaspora, each as a contest between India's capacity and that actor's reach into Indian politics, economy and discourse. External actors are weighted by their reach and by the divergence of their positions from those of Hindutva-aligned actors, on the same scale as the domestic arenas.
